Social Cues helps users plan, approve, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns. This policy explains what information Social Cues may collect and how it is used.
Social Cues may collect account connection details you choose to provide, campaign drafts, scheduled content, platform metadata, workspace settings, and basic usage or proof signals needed to operate the app.
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, Social Cues may request permissions needed to list connected assets, prepare publishing workflows, and support analytics or account status checks. Social Cues does not sell Meta platform data.
Information is used to provide Social Cues features, maintain connected accounts, generate and queue approved content, improve campaign workflows, and support security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Social Cues stores operational app data server-side. Access tokens and account identifiers should be stored only on the server or approved hosting environment, not in browser code.
Social Cues only shares information with connected services when needed to perform actions you request, such as account connection, content publishing, or analytics retrieval.
You can disconnect accounts in Social Cues or request deletion of Meta-related data through Meta. Social Cues supports Meta's user data deletion callback and returns a confirmation code when a deletion request is received.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact Social Cues at mr.barton@socialcuesapp.com.
